Rich Palms offers fewer deposit options than is standard. A good addition to Rich Palms’ banking options is the support for Bitcoin, although we would appreciate if they included more options for cryptocurrency users in the future.
For the meantime, however, the banking options of Rich Palms are a bit lacking, but should be easily accessible to most:

- American Express
- Instant Gift Card
- Neosurf
- Bitcoin
The minimum deposit for all methods is $25, except for Neosurf, which has a lower minimum amount of just $10. Instant Gift Cards have a maximum deposit amount of $500, while Neosurf deposits can only handle deposits up to $250. Credit card and Bitcoin deposits have a more generous deposit maximum of $1,000.
Withdrawal Methods
Here are the options for Rich Palms players when it comes to collecting payouts:

These are basic terms and conditions of withdrawal via Rich Palms:
- Withdrawals have a minimum of $100 for all methods with a maximum of $2,000 in a seven-day period.
- There is a withdrawal limit for most players: $500 a day or $2,000 in a seven-day period. This limit can be increased for VIP clients; all they have to do is to make an arrangement with their personal Account Manager.
- All withdrawals have a general time frame of 2-7 business days.
- Credit card withdrawals have an estimated arrival date of 7-10 business days, while bank transfers should be in your hands in 5-7 business days.
- Rich Palms will ask you to present documents that prove your identity and location upon your first withdrawal request. Prepare scans of the necessary documents, such as your driver’s license and a recent utility bill, to speed up this process.
